The operating principle is completely the same as that of the standard Tube-11 model. In terms of the structure, high-temperature model is assembled an extension tube between the housing and the process connection, so that the temperature in the housing can be reduced to a normal range where the electronic devices can tolerant. At the same time, all piezoelectric components that drive and detect the vibration are selected from high-temperature resistant piezoelectric ceramics, electrodes, wires, and encapsulant materials. These high-temperature designs ensure the instrument work reliably in process temperature conditions up to 400 ℃.

Note: ① Maximum applicable particle size is 20mm, in this case, medium density must be lower than 0.05g/cm³.
② Cover exhaust nozzle with whistle from instrument accessories and position the whistle such that whistle’s internal wall at its vent side is tightly attached to the external wall of exhaust nozzle, slowly increase the flow of cooling air until whistle blows up. This is when cooling air is at the expected minimum flow.
