Tesla’s Ongoing Adoption of Jiwei Ring-11 Flame-Proof Liquid Level Switches
Tesla recently placed an order for 5 units of the Jiwei Ring-11 Flame-Proof Liquid Level Switches to monitor and regulate storage tanks, adding to their cumulative order tally of dozens of these devices. This collaboration between Tesla and Jiwei commenced three years ago, with Tesla’s repeated orders underscored by the reliable level measurement capabilities and superior quality of the Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches.
The Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch is a highly dependable instrument designed for liquid level detection and control. With a compact fork length of only 40mm, the Ring-11 is versatile, finding application not only in vessels, process tanks, and storage tanks but also in pipelines or other confined spaces. Its proficiency extends to measuring levels in various substances including acids such as HCL, H₂SO₄, H₂SO₃, alkali liquids, syrups, medical liquids, and industrial wastewater. Moreover, it is particularly well-suited for pressurized liquefied gas, LNG, and environments with challenging conditions such as foaming, bubbling, high viscosity, or vibration disturbances.
The Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch has undergone rigorous evaluation, achieving SIL2 / SIL3 Functional Safety Assessment certification, as well as being endorsed for both Intrinsic Safety and Flameproof Enclosure explosion protection. Notably, Jiwei has secured an invention patent (ZL201510735568.2) for the Ring-11 Liquid Level Switch.
Tesla’s continued reliance on the Jiwei Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches signifies not only their confidence in the product but also highlights the strategic partnership between Tesla and Jiwei in addressing the demanding requirements of liquid level measurement across diverse industrial settings.
