The Ring-11 Corrosion-Resistant Fork Liquid Level Switch has obtained SIL2/3 Certification and Intrinsically Safe and Explosion-Proof Certifications. Depending on the corrosion strength of the liquid medium, the wetted parts can be coated with ECTFE, PFA, enamel, etc., making it suitable for measuring highly corrosive acidic and alkaline liquids. For high-temperature and high-pressure environments, it should also include an extension tube and be equipped with a high-pressure protective gas-tight insulating sleeve.
To avoid erosion from highly corrosive liquids, the fork body and process connection are coated with ECTFE, PFA, enamel, etc., enhancing their corrosion resistance. This ensures the instrument’s stable and reliable application in measuring highly corrosive liquids. Other than these differences, the working principle of the Ring-11 Corrosion-Resistant Fork Liquid Level Switch is identical to that of the Ring-11 series Liquid Level Switches. It uses piezoelectric devices to drive and detect the vibration of the fork body. When the fork body comes into contact with the measured liquid, its resonance frequency significantly decreases. This change in vibration frequency is directly reflected in the output signal of the piezoelectric detection device. The detection circuit analyzes the frequency change and outputs a switch signal.

This product adapts to the measurement of highly acidic and alkaline liquids with process temperatures up to 250°C by coating the fork body and flange parts that contact the measured liquid with ECTFE and PFA coatings, and adding an extension tube between the head and the flange.
