Fork-11 Ultra-high Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch is featured with the function of water cooling (air cooling) and is able to work reliably under ultra-high temperature conditions that up to 400℃ (482°F).
Fork-11 Ultra-high Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch works in the same principle as Fork-11 series. The difference is an innovative cooling sleeve pipe is equipped. One end of the cooling sleeve pipe is welded to the process connection (flange) with air/water intake and vent, another end is connected with the vibrating probe. The air or water flow enters the inside of the vibrating probe through the capillary copper tube to take heat away, to cool the piezoelectric ceramic and wires to the allowable working temperature. This design makes the Fork-11 Ultra-high Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch can operate reliably at a temperature up to 400℃ (482°F), and significantly expands its application field.
