Fork-11 High-Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch is designed based on the standard Fork -11 model by adding an extension tube between the housing and the process connection, and features high-temperature resistant piezoelectric components and wires. Suitable for high and low level indication in powdery and fine-grained bulk solids with density as low as 0.008g/cm³ at the process temperatures up to 250 ℃ (482°F). The extension tube lengthens the overall size of the instrument.
Fork-11 High Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch works in the same principle as Fork-11 series. Fork-11 is based on a tuning fork harmonic resonance. It utilizes piezoelectric devices to drive the fork to vibrate and detect the changes of vibration. The fork vibrates in resonant frequency when it is in air. Once the fork comes into contact with application medium, the vibration amplitude of the fork will decrease substantially. Output from the detecting piezoelectric device will decrease accordingly. An integrated circuit is designed to analyze the amount of decrease and output a switch signal. By reasonably increasing the area of tines and precisely adjusting harmonic resonance, Jiwei Fork-11 High-Temperature Tuning Fork Level Switch offers great reliability and sensitivity. Therefore, it makes Fork-11 the best level switch for ultra-low-density media.
