For more demanding applications, the Ultra High-Temperature version is also available, designed to operate in extreme conditions with process temperatures reaching up to 400°C (752°F). This versatility makes Tube-11 an excellent choice for challenging industrial environments.
Incorporating a unique double-rod probe design, it effectively prevents material buildup on the probe, ensuring reliable and consistent operation.
This high-temperature model is an enhancement of the standard Tube-11, featuring an added extension tube between the housing and the process connection, as well as high-temperature-resistant piezoelectric components and wiring. It is particularly suitable for high and low-level detection in light, fluffy materials.
The operating principle of the high-temperature Tube-11 model remains identical to the standard Tube-11 model. Structurally, the high-temperature version incorporates an extension tube between the housing and the process connection. This extension reduces the temperature within the housing to a safe range, ensuring compatibility with the tolerances of the electronic components.
Furthermore, all piezoelectric components responsible for driving and detecting vibration are made from high-temperature-resistant materials, including specialized ceramics, electrodes, wires, and encapsulants. These advanced design features guarantee the reliable operation of the instrument under process temperature conditions of up to 250°C (482°F).
