Successful Application of Jiwei High Temperature Vibrating Rod Level Switch in PET Particle Measurement

Due to the high temperature in the whole production process of polyester spunbonded hot-rolled material, the requirements for measuring instruments are more stringent:
1.Instrument probes are required to withstand high temperature of 170℃.
2. The protection level of instrument should reach IP66/IP67 to ensure stable operation.
3. Because of the strong water-absorbing quality and fine granularity of PET Particle, material hanging problem on instrument probe tend to occur, so the strong anti-hanging function of instrument probe is also required.
