Jiwei Introduces Advanced Ultrasonic Level Transducer to Meet Market Demand

In response to market demand, Jiwei has launched a new product: the Ultrasonic Level Transducer. Jiwei now offers three types of ultrasonic products: the Uson-11 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter, the Uson-21 Flame-Proof Ultrasonic Level Transmitter, and the Uson-31 Ultrasonic Level Transducer.

The Uson-31 Ultrasonic Level Transducer is available in three measurement ranges: 5m, 10m, and 15m. The transducer and transmitter can be installed separately, with the transducer boasting a protection level of IP68 and the transmitter rated at IP65. Both components are certified Explosion-Proof (Ex d IIC T6 Gb).

The Uson-31 utilizes an RS-485 communication interface, enabling convenient and efficient real-time monitoring. It also features temperature compensation for high accuracy and strong adaptability. The EMC design complies with IEC61000-4 (GB/T 17626.2) standards for EFT (LT: A), ESD (LT: A), and surge protection. Additionally, a specialized echo signal processing algorithm effectively avoids false echoes. The transducer is available in PVDF material to prevent strong corrosion.
