Enhanced Protective Packaging for Jiwei Probes Ensures Safe Transit

During the transportation of products from the manufacturer to the customer, damage is often unavoidable. To mitigate this issue, Jiwei has developed and customized robust protective sleeves to safeguard the probes from damage during transit and the unpacking process.

These protective sleeves, although made of paper, are firm and strong, providing excellent protection and durability that significantly reduces the damage rate of the probes. The sleeves come in two sizes, with the smaller one fitting inside the larger one, offering dual protection and added firmness.

Probe damage is a common issue, particularly for extended and lengthened instruments. Therefore, the protective sleeves are specifically designed for such products, including the extended Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switches (with a thread type insertion depth of ≥ 210mm and a flange/clamp type insertion depth of ≥ 190mm) and Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches (with a thread type insertion depth of ≥ 130mm and a flange/clamp type insertion depth of ≥ 110mm). For extended anti-corrosion Ring-11 Liquid Level Switches, pearl cotton sleeves are used to prevent scratches on the coatings.
