The Tube-11 Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switch is capable of detecting solid interfaces (separation layers) within liquids. With a minimum density difference of 0.1g/cm³ between precipitates and liquids, it offers an economical solution for a wide range of level and interface measurement applications. The robust design features comprehensive IP66/IP67 Ingress Protection, ensuring maximum sealing performance. Certifications for Intrinsically Safe operation (Ex ia IIC T6-T1 Ga, Ex iaD 20 T85-450℃) and Explosion-Proof operation (Ex d IIC T6-T1 Gb, Ex tD A21 IP66 T80-440℃) enable reliable use in hazardous environments.
Additionally, the ultra-high temperature probe is engineered for demanding applications, with a heat tolerance of up to 400℃, ensuring exceptional durability and performance under extreme conditions.
The Tube-11 Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switch is the first made-in-China vibrating rod level switch featuring a double-rod design. It utilizes piezoelectric components to drive and detect vibrations, creating resonance between the inner and outer rods at a perfectly matched resonant frequency. When the outer vibration rod makes contact with a solid, the resonant frequency of the outer rod changes, disrupting the resonance between the inner and outer rods. This results in a significant reduction in the amplitude of the vibration rods and the output signal from the piezoelectric device. The signal change is detected and processed by an intelligent circuit, which then outputs a switch signal. The Tube-11’s unique double-rod design ensures exceptional sensitivity and reliability. While primarily used for measuring the level of solid particles or powders, with special calibration, it can also be adapted for interface level measurement of precipitates in liquids.
