Tube-11 Interface Vibrating Rod Level Switch can detect a solids interface (separation layers) within a liquid.

With a minimum density difference of 0.1g/cm³ between precipitates and liquids,Tube-11 is the economical solution for various level and interface measurements. The all-round IP66/IP67 degree of Ingress Protection maximizes the sealing performance;the certificate for Intrinsically-Safety (Ex ia IIC T6-T1 Ga, Ex iaD 20 T85-450℃) and Explosion-Proof (Ex d IIC T6-T1 Gb, Ex tD A21 IP66 T80-440℃) allow the operation in hazardous areas;the ultra-high temperature probe is designed for high temperature applications with a heat tolerance of 400℃.

Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch is the first double-rods-design Vibrating Rod Level Switch that made-in-China. It uses piezoelectric components to drive and detect vibration, causing resonance between the inner and outer rods at a completely consistent resonant frequency. When the outer vibration rod contacts with solid, the resonance frequency of the outer vibration rod changes, thereby damaging the resonance of both the inner and outer rods, which significantly reduces the amplitude of the vibration rods as well as the output signal amplitude of the piezoelectric device. The changing signal is detected and analyzed by an intelligent circuit and then output a switch signal as a result. Tube-11 adopts a unique double-rods design with great sensitivity and reliability. Tube-11 Vibrating Rod Level Switch is mainly used for measuring the level of solid particles or powders, but after special debugging, it can also be used for precipitates interface measurement of liquids.

Note: ① Maximum applicable particle size is 20mm, in this case, medium density must be lower than 0.05g/cm³.
② Cover exhaust nozzle with whistle from instrument accessories and position the whistle such that whistle’s internal wall at its vent side is tightly attached to the external wall of exhaust nozzle, slowly increase the flow of cooling air until whistle blows up. This is when cooling air is at the expected minimum flow.
