Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is specifically designed for continuous non-contact liquid level measurement. The transducer (probe) sends out high frequency ultrasonic pulses. When a pulse hits the surface of liquid, it is partially reflected. The reflected wave is received by the transducer and converted into an electronic signal. The distance from the transducer to the liquid surface is calculated according to the time difference between pulse transmission and reception and velocity of sound wave. Because the Ultrasonic Level Transmitter sensor is contactless, it can provide reliable continuous level measurements for applications in various open pools, for example, water pools in sewage treatment and other water resources in hydraulic and hydrological surveys.

In Uson series Ultrasonic Level Transmitters, microprocessor program control technology and intelligent signal processing technology are employed to provide highly efficient and accurate measurements.

Uson series have 3 models for different applications:

Uson-11 Standard Ultrasonic Level Transmitter: Meets requirements of majority continuous level measurement applications for open pools or under corrosive environment.

Uson-21 Ex Ultrasonic Level Transmitter: With flameproof enclosure design, for continuous level measurement in open tanks/pools where the environments contain explosive gas or the environments are corrosive.
